A Griffon's Tiny Music Player

Right now I'm preparing a speech about Griffon and I was wondering if I could do something with very few lines of code but at the same time it could be something cool.

Well why not a tiny music player ? I had done a lot of research about the background api to use, and at the end I chose vlcj (version 1.1.5.1, the compatible version with vlc 1.1.4) which is a wrapper of the well known VLC player.

Here I leave some screenshots of the player. It has been tested with an Ubuntu 10.10 and a VLC, version 1.1.4. You can find the code and an executable here.
